Create Multiple Data Form Templates

Impact DashBoard allows users to create an unlimited number of Data Form Templates and receive an unlimited number of completed Data Forms. Many users will configure one Data Form Template and use that one Data Form for all project data gathering. However, you can create multiple Data Form Templates for specific purposes.

You may decide to create a short, quick questionnaire to gather just a few project details (for example – jobs, salaries, capital investment) to screen projects. This may be the Data Form you post on your website.

If the responses in the short, quick data form look good or you’ve had a follow up conversation with the prospect, you could follow up by sending a Data Form that requests more detailed information.
