The partnership between Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) and Impact DataSource continues.
Impact DataSource is again providing access to a customized Impact DashBoard model for IMPA members. Impact DashBoard is the only impact model developed specifically for economic developers. The model estimates the economic and fiscal impact of new economic development projects based on user-entered info like projected employment, salaries, and capital investment. This model is available at no charge to IMPA member organizations and you may reach out to Bryan Brackemyre with IMPA to request access.

What else should you know?
- Google Chrome is the recommended web browser to use when accessing Impact DashBoard. The model is not compatible with Internet Explorer so save yourself some headaches and get Chrome!
- Here are examples of the reports produced by Impact DashBoard:
- You can upload your own ED organization’s logo to be included on the reports.
- The model allows you to evaluate property tax exemptions or abatement as well as other non-tax incentives like infrastructure grants or other economic development incentives or grants. The model will even calculate the payback period and ROI.
