This month’s special guest is Rachel Ray, Economic Development Administrator for Dublin, OH, a suburb on the northwest side of Columbus, Ohio. Rachel is responsible for administering the City’s business retention and expansion program, negotiating economic development agreements, and managing economic development projects that ensure Dublin continues to be the best community for business in the Columbus Region and beyond. Prior to transitioning to Economic Development in July 2015, Rachel spent 8 years as a Planner in the Dublin Planning Department, where she was responsible for managing current and transformational long-range planning projects. Rachel holds a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University. She is also a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Planning Association Board of Trustees where she serves as Vice President/President-Elect.
