This month’s episode of Economic Development Secrets features Kevin Carter, Executive Director of The High Ground of Texas. He has been in this role since July 2014.
Prior to The High Ground, Kevin served as Executive Director for the Plainview/Hale County Economic Development Corporation from 2009-2014, previous to that he was the Operations Chief for Covenant Hospital Plainview from 1995-2009.
Kevin graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a 2012 graduate from the Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
Kevin is married to Alissa, Administrator with Plainview Independent School District. They have one son Blaine, who will be a freshman at University of Arkansas in the fall.
